- Planning nutritious meals for Children
- Safety in the Home, Outdoors and Community
- Communicating health and safety concerns with Parents
Child Development and Care:
- Infant Care Practices: Feeding, changing, dressing, sleeping
- Toddler Care Practices: Feeding, changing, dressing, sleeping
- Child Learning: Routines, Age-Appropriate play activities
- Child Behavior: Managing behavior, conflict resolution, positive discipline
Communication with Parents:
- Professionalism: Establishing and setting expectations

Course Format:
- Self-paced learning for some modules
- Real-time virtual classes by an expert coach for some topics
- Upon completion of training, participants take an online exam
- Participants need a 90% passing grade to get the certificate
Course Fee:
- $350 (Includes doll and training kit to practice infant care)
- Monthly installment payment plan available
- Need-based scholarships available
- 20% off for the first 20 students
