Mindful Mini-Series - Option 2
This series is open to people of all stages of life. These tools are relevant for everyday life, and can be a particularly potent practice while navigating challenges or great transitions. If you are expecting a baby or postpartum (with a 3 week old or 3 year old!) this series might be especially useful for practicing being present with the changes that arise with integrating a child into your life.
This Breath Foundations Series is one version of an introduction to mindfulness practice. In this basic breath awareness practice, Robyn will guide participants through a variety of simple and accessible breathing techniques that will help you to practice paying attention to your breath and to your body. With both a sense of humor and heartfelt intention, Robyn invites participants to play with and practice using these tools in a variety of everyday contexts. Robyn invites practitioners to incorporate the techniques into a new, or already established, mindfulness, meditation or movement practice, and to call on these tools to deal with day to day stress, anxiety, or emotional turbulence, AKA, life!
