All the other programs are appropriate for children 4 months to 7 years of age. The actual program chosen depends on how your family is sleeping now and the sleep goals you want to set.

Sleep Power Up (appropriate for children 4 months to 7 years of age): $250

• A 90-minute Q&A session
• An evaluation of your routines and schedules
• A plan for YOU to execute and reach your goals
• Daytime text support for 1 week

Newborn Sleep Fundamentals (0-4 months old): $99

• 30 minute introductory meeting
• Newborn Sleep Knowledge Session (60 min)
