I got a strong calling to the doula career, which brought me to the DONA organization to obtain a certification. I had the DONA birth doula training workshop in 2023. In addition, I had my postpartum doula training in Natural Resources - the Californian non-profit organization that “serves expecting and new families of all income levels through education, empowerment, and community” - in 2024. One of my firm beliefs is about supporting women in their maternity journeys. This relates to pregnancy, birth-giving, and the postpartum period. It includes the physical and domestic support that makes a woman's life easier and more comforting during these vulnerable periods of life. Also, emotional support is precious. I can listen to and hear, watch and see, and help to transform the women’s feelings into drawing or writing. Together, we may write and tell the tale about birth. Isn’t it amazing? I consider my learning process never-ending. I learn from my surroundings, family, children, and friends. My personal motherhood story is full of experience, knowledge, questions and answers, and sudden insights. I’m lucky to meet great and wise teachers whose knowledge is so deep that I draw and draw from this bottomless well, feeling the light, kindness and support from there. The wise and clever combination of natural intelligence, accepting the folk traditions, and following the family medical traditions makes my doula's style supportive, soft, and knowledgeable. I only want to work with a woman to see her happiness and good memories of her labor and early motherhood. In my personal life, I am an eager hiker and enjoy connecting with Mother Nature. I am also a creative woman who loves crafts and drawing, an avid book reader, and an enthusiastic yogini.
