I am a compassionate and nurturing presence for mothers, families, and newborns with ten years of experience. I have been recognized by client families as dependable, reliable, self-motivated, and highly organized. My dedication to professional development and learning is noted by the professional affiliations, including Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association (CAPPA), Council for Awards in Care, Health & Education (CACHE), and DONA International, the leader in evidence-based doula training, certification, and continuing education. At the conclusion of each contract, when I leave a healthy and happy baby with confident and empowered parents, it is the best indication that I am doing what I was meant to be doing in life.
Katherine was an amazing postpartum doula! As a new mother trying to recover from a c-section, take on the difficult task of breastfeeding two babies, and navigating all the ups and downs that come with being a new parent, it was so nice having Katherine there to support, help, guide, and cheer. She truly became a part of our family and we are so thankful for her! ~ L Anderson
