I am a mother of two with a Masters in Psychology and more than twenty years in the birth and childhood development field. My passion is helping parents realize their best parenting selves through pediatric sleep training, parent coaching, and judgement-free teaching. My approach is both evidence-based and nurturing, helping babies sleep and parents feel renewed. No one size fits all! No more online scrolling! No more online courses that don't match your baby's needs!. I practice a multi-dimensional approach to co-creating a sleep plan unique to your parenting philosophies and important factors surrounding sleep including your child's temperament, family sleep arrangements, infant or child developmental stages, age, and child/parent readiness for sleep changes.
We are desperate FT working professionals parents during pandemic with no help with a 5 mos baby.. so imagine how struggling our situation is. We had to have a solid base for our baby to sleep during the night and day time. Sarah was able to lead us through, give us encouragement and reassure of the safety of sleep training. There is a lot of Mom shaming there for sleep training, and getting extra support and guidance for us during these challenging times, was very important.

My approach

As a mother of two, I quickly learned that sleep is influenced by a variety of factors and it is never a one size fits all. Both of my daughters had unique temperaments and struggles, and I was humbled to learn that newborns are complicated and parenting in a world of information overload is stressful. This led me to my calling as an infant sleep specialist. I was trained as a sleep consultant over ten years ago and it has become my purpose and passion to support other confused, exhausted, conflicted, or curious parents through this stage of life. I am MA in Psychology, focused on family systems and early childhood development, DONA certified Birth and Postpartum Doula, and Overnight Doula, Certified Lactation Educator, Certified Millette Method Infant Sleep Specialist, Licensed Pregnancy Massage Therapist, Private Childbirth Educator, Expectant Parent Sleep Class Instructor.
