This easy, nutritious Egg and Cheese Tortilla is great for new moms to cook and eat. Pair it with your choice of veggies to make a full meal.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tortilla
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Oil
  • Veggies (Optional)
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Whisk an egg with salt and pepper
  2. Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a pan
  3. When oil is hot, add whisked egg and cover it with tortilla
  4. Let the egg cook for few seconds (till it is slightly firm)
  5. Flip the tortilla, with the egg now on the top
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and fold the Tortilla
  7. Cook briefly on both sidesServe with a side of veggies

Steps to make easy egg and cheese tortilla:

Crack an egg, add salt & pepper and whisk it.


Pour oil in a pan. When oil is hot, add whisked egg and cover it with tortilla.
Flip the tortilla and sprinkle cheese.
Fold the tortilla and let it cook for few seconds.
Serve it with a side of vegetables. Enjoy!!
