Hello, I am Inbal, a health-focused chef the and the creator of Plentiful Kitchen. In my role as a holistic chef I prepare foods using nutrient dense, wholesome ingredients that are designed to boost your immune system, support your gut, clear your skin, help you shed extra weight.

I have a deep appreciation for natural foods. In my experience, food is medicine. What we eat has the potential to harm us or heal us. But, not so long ago I was a sugar junkie.

The deep appreciation I have for natural foods and their healing power led me to create Plentiful Kitchen.

Our food

On the physical level, the process of growing a baby is, biologically-speaking, nutritionally challenging. While the baby is growing in the womb, the mother’s micro- and macronutrient reserves are quickly depleted. It can take months or even years until mothers feel like they have actually recovered. While the detrimental effects of nutrient depletion are well known, postpartum recovery often takes a backseat to other matters at hand. Ignoring postpartum nutrition can be detrimental to mother and child.

Plentiful Kitchen makes it easy. The Postpartum Recovery Service help new mothers by ensuring they receive essential nutrients that aid in the healing process while also providing optimal nourishment for their children.

Plentiful Kitchen offers ready-to-eat, nutrient-dense and nourishing meals. Our plans are designed to create healthy routines, boost your immune system, improve your digestion, shed extra weight and clear your skin. Each meal contains organic, gluten free, dairy free, no refined sugars, and non GMO ingredients – Food that you can trust! Menu options change weekly and seasonally.

Our menu

Our meal delivery service is plastic-free. There is a one-time non-refundable deposit of $60 on reusable glass pyrex dishes. Delivery fee starts at $15 depending on the zip code.

The journey from pregnancy to parenthood is beautiful. It is also a time that requires a strong, nurturing support system to ensure optimal wellness for mother and baby.

Plentiful Kitchen’s meals are designed with the nutrition of the post-natal and nursing parent in mind. Our meals are loaded with fresh fruits and veggies, as well as responsibly sourced, organic proteins. Meals are prepared by private chef Inbal Fershtat and delivered directly to expecting and new mothers throughout the Bay Area.


Following a diet based on whole, natural foods and avoiding processed foods leads to better health. Let me help guide you find the best way of eating for you.

As we work together in a one-on-one video call I’ll guide you on how to adjust your life for food allergies, dietary restrictions, and weight loss. You’ll get a comprehensive guideline with all of the foods you can eat along with creative, flavorful recipes to follow that will help you achieve your goals.

Meal Planning:

Are you tired of eating the same meals day after day? Planning meals for the week can get overwhelming and time consuming. Let me help you plan your weekly menus so you can deliver flavorful and nutritious meals to the table.

Offering over 6 different meal plans targeting your dietary needs. You receive three weeks of daily breakfast, lunch and dinner menus, along with detailed grocery lists and recipes to help you with your healthgoals and cooking confidence.

Healthy Cooking Classes in San Francisco:

Plentiful Kitchen offers cooking classes for both individuals and couples.

Individuals: One-on-one cooking classes are perfect for cooks who are getting started and are not sure whether to begin. But, these classes are also beneficial to advanced cooks wanting to become true masters of the kitchen.

Couples: For couples, taking a cooking class together is often a great way to bond, have fun, and learn some new skills along the way. Partners also form a mutual respect for each other’s culinary creations.

For each session, the costs is $130 per person and the cost of food and ingredients.
