Thanks for the follow up Laura. I am looking at primarily new born baby & mother support post delivery. A few things that had helped me with my first born in terms of doula support: post natal massage for baby & mom. Baby feeding while mom takes rest. Light housework when needed. Light baby care work like: washing & sterilising bottles. Belly wraps etc. Basically, anything that helps me recover to my fullest & support the newborn & the family around the arrival.
