If you're interested in exploring what options are available to you virtually, I'd be more than happy to arrange a phone or Zoom meeting to discuss. We're happy to arrange virtual classes for anything you may not be able to take in-person due to COVID, offer virtual support, or include you in our virtual pregnancy/postpartum mom's groups (so you can connect with other moms and get the information you need while staying safe).
