Birth Doula: IN-PERSON SUPPORT

• Herbal bath soak that provides relaxation and overall comfort
• Access to TENS machine to help during contractions and relaxation
• 2 Prenatal Visits (we will go over birth education, physical and emotional coping techniques, and go over your preferences for birth/postnatal plans)
• Unlimited phone/text support throughout your pregnancy up until labor
• On-call availability from 37 weeks through delivery day
• 1-2 hours postpartum support that includes breastfeeding support
• 2 postpartum visits (in person or virtually); occurring within 2 weeks of postpartum )

Birth doula: VIRTUAL SUPPORT

• Will deliver via mail your herbal bath soak to promote your relaxation and bring comfort during your pregnancy
• 2 virtual prenatal visits (we will go over birth education, physical and emotional coping techniques, and go over your preferences for birth/postnatal plans)
• Unlimited phone/text support throughout your pregnancy up until labor
• On-call availability from 37 weeks through delivery day
• 1-2 hours Virtual postpartum support that includes breastfeeding support
• 2 postpartum visits virtually; occurring within 2 weeks of postpartum

Postpartum doula:

• Help cope with what emotional and physical aspects of postpartum after labor
• Assistance with newborn care such as feeding, diapering, napping, sanitizing bottles, cleaning the nursery, and much more
• Assistance with breastfeeding + bottle feeding support
• Support for the partner and other household members such as siblings
• Light housekeeping + laundryLight meal prep+ snacking
