I am all about feeling prepared and feeling supported and heard. I mirror how I prepped for labor/childbirth and postpartum through my own personal experiences. I am also a mom of 2 sons and both with two very different experiences. I like to help my clients feel supported and cared for throughout their experience. I have assisted many women undergoing IVF treatments as well as many who have continued on becoming my birth clients and following them through pregnancy into parenthood with a smooth transition. I also offer child birth education courses which can be specifically tailored to each client. I do offer evidenced based information and believe in educating not only the birthing person but also their support person/persons in order to fully understand and know what to expect and how to further support throughout labor, delivery into postpartum.
