Hello My name is Danielle I’m a Bay Area Native, I am a traveling doula that resides in Brooklyn, NY and Oakland, CA. I have been passionate about birth and supporting mothers for years. As soon as I heard the term and definition of what a “Doula” was, I knew this was supposed to be a part of my life’s journey. After doing extensive research on unnecessary interventions, c-section rates, and Black maternal deaths in the U.S., I began to see how needed Doula’s were in the birthing space. I decided to leave my career in sports to pursue my Divine calling as a Birthworker. I am here to help support and hold space for as many birthing people as I can in getting the birth experience THEY want. I am a professionally trained and certified Full Spectrum Doula. I am equipped to support and hold space with births, and postpartum care for the baby/birthing person. My goal is to leave you feeling empowered about your birth. To reclaim and own your body, your life, your experience. We are going to work together but I really want to have you know that the power that you're looking for and the information you are constantly searching for outside of yourself sometimes is already inside you, you know the answers and what feels aligned for you, your body and your baby.
