I believe that birth experience has a profound impact on mother, baby and family. As a doula, I draw on my knowledge and experience to provide emotional support, physical comfort, and, as needed, communication with the staff to make sure that you have the information you need to make informed decisions as they arise in labor.

Education & Credentials
My approach
My decision to become a birth doula grew from my personal experience birthing three children and from my professional life counseling women through their transition to motherhood. I believe that there is no one right way to give birth, only a way that is right for you. But there is no question that the birth experience has a profound impact on mother, baby and family. As a doula I provide you with the emotional and physical support necessary to help make that experience a meaningful one.
