I first became a postpartum doula even before I had a baby of my own because I became so fascinated with birth and all that women are capable of, but I also saw a great need for more support for new moms. Now that I have a baby of my own, my eyes have been even more opened to all the support new moms need! I gave birth to my first child while living abroad in the Netherlands during the pandemic. No family could come visit me to help. However, thankfully in the Netherlands, a postpartum doula is provided through health insurance for 10 days after birth, 8 hours a day! She was my angel. I'm so excited to be able to pass on the care and knowledge I received from my postpartum doula to more new moms.

Hana’s calm and caring demeanor really drew me toward working with her. She brought a serenity to the delivery room that everyone appreciated. Her natural ability with young babies made me feel comfortable getting the rest I needed when she helped us in the few weeks after delivery. She has a kind spirit that nurtures women through pregnancy and into motherhood.

Those first few weeks and months are beautiful but intense. My approach is to help minimize that intensity with loving support. My priority is your rest, recovery and emotional transition to motherhood. I always aim to be as helpful as possible by keeping up the household chores, while also pampering you with clean sheets, foot massages and nutritious food.
