We are so thankful for Justine and Olivia and had the honor of having them as our birth doulas. Going through pregnancy for the first time during a pandemic was a bit stressful at times. It was such a relief to know that we had Olivia and Justine there to support and advocate for us whether that was through text, home visits, or by our side at the hospital. Because of COVID-19, we were only able to have one doula at the hospital. I had a very long labor and I don’t know what we would have done without Justine there. She was able to give Shawn a break to sleep and she stayed up with me the whole night. She also made an amazing partner with the nurse as they worked together to find new positions to get my labor progressing. It was such an amazing and empowering experience and I’m so happy Justine was there to help us through it. We’re looking forward to hopefully having Justine and Olivia as our doulas again and we are grateful to have shared this journey with them
