  • Assistance with positioning and latching    
  • Assistance with breastfeeding challenges (sore, cracked, and/or bleeding nipples, engorgement, low milk supply, oversupply, plugged ducts, etc.)    
  • Guidance for oral restrictions (Lip & tongue ties)    
  • Guidance with expressing/pumping breast milk, introducing the bottle and returning to work  
  • Resources and referrals as necessary

My approach

I am a mom to two amazing kids. I realized my calling was to help families in their pregnancy, labor & postpartum journeys after hiring my own doula for the birth of my son. After learning about birth doulas I knew that I needed one on my team to achieve the birth I wanted the second time around! Since then I have dove head first into the world of birth work and lactation support.

  • $150-$200 for 1.5 hour initial consultation
  • $150-$100 for follow up visit either in person or virtual (I also work with The Lactation Network and take some PPO insurance plans)

Postpartum doula service:

  • $45/hour for San Joaquin and Stanislaus counties and $50/hour for Contra Costa and Alameda counties.
  • Daytime support is a minimum of 4 hours and overnight support is a minimum of 8 hours.
