I have completed two DONA workshops; Birth Doula and Postpartum Doula. I'm currently process of meeting my certification requirements. I have read all the required reading and now I just need to support families! I should also include that I have begun the training for Childbirth Educator through Childbirth International. I'm really excited to share that knowledge as well!

Whomever I support will find that I am communicative, respectful, patient, and supportive during all times of stress and joy. I support the family as a whole as they transition into their next adventure. I am able to provide emotional support, breastfeeding support, sleep support, and help with light household tasks. I'm here to share my skills and knowledge. I believe that every person is unique and deserving of respect, acceptance, and support. How we work together begins with all of us communicating as a team.
