Birth Doula Package:

• 4 prenatal sessions (2 hours each, ideally all in-person)

Postpartum Day Support:‍

• Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage in-home (a warm herbalized oil body treatment that soothes the body, nourishes tissues, and pacifies Vata, the dry constitution in Ayurveda)
• Ayurvedic Belly Binding
• Household chores/tasks or errands
• Ayurvedic herbal yoni steaming
• Ayurvedic herbal teas and libations (lactation or recovery teas, yoni steams, sitz baths)
• Newborn care and education/resources
• Bodyfeeding support and guidelines

Postpartum night support with me can include:

• Keeping a timelog of diapers, feeds, burps, & naps
  soothing techniques for baby
• Feeding baby or bringing baby over for nursing
• Lactation guidelines, supply support, referrals for IBCLCs, pumping support + feeding holds
• Managing any gas, reflux
• Creating ideal sleep environment
• Establishing routine for baby for optimal weight gain and get optimal sleep
• Newborn education and advocacy (cues, feeding amounts, diaper counts)
• Watching for developmental goals
• Bringing homemade Ayurvedic herbal blends (lactation or recovery teas, yoni steams, sitz baths)
• light, low-noise household tasks such as folding laundry and washing bottles
• Occasionally bringing an Ayurvedic postpartum treat cooked or prepared at my home
