Zenaida is absolutely the best. She is kind, thoughtful and wonderful with babies. She took incredible care of our son for a couple of months, my only regret is that I didn't hire her for a longer period of time. She has been incredibly helpful and was very affectionate with our son. I never worried when he was in her care. I was also delighted that she was able to speak to our baby in Spanish, as Spanish is my first language.

Zenaida provided nighttime doula services for our son, Alex, starting when he was two weeks old. She's been absolutely wonderful and it feels like she's an extended part of our family. Our nights have been quiet and peaceful, and Zenaida has given us so much good advice that's also helped us during the days. We highly recommend Zenaida for her professionalism, expertise, hygienic practices and compassion!

Zenaida was the best thing that happened for our family in the “fourth trimester” of our little girl’s life. Zenaida is knowledgeable and extremely competent taking care of little babies. She comes in, lets you know what she plans to do and why. She knows when it is time to increase the feedings, the adjust the swaddling etc. She is never bossy or judgmental and is always open to a conversation with you if she has recommendations. We felt very comfortable around her, which in turn led to fantastic sleeps for both my husband and myself. Not only is she is great caregiver, but she actually really cares about your little baby! I can tell she lights up when she see our little one and should would often ask about our toddler as well. She even gave both of them Christmas presents - so kind! Both my husband and myself would highly recommend Zenaida! If you are thinking about it, just do it, you will not regret it!!

We had an amazing experience with Zenaida as our night doula. She is incredibly kind, responsible, and experienced, able to handle all of our baby’s different needs with ease. Always punctual and very clean, she made sure everything was well taken care of. We felt completely comfortable and confident leaving our little one in her care, which allowed us to get much-needed rest at night.

Zenaida was beyond amazing. Punctual, consistent, professional-- but that's just table stakes. She had an amazing attitude, encouraging us to hand over our chores to her so we could get some sleep. She has tons of experience, and was able to tell us "I've seen babies who act like this. You should talk to your pediatrician about acid reflux." Sure enough, with a pepcid prescription, our little one fussiness has disappeared and he sleeps 10x better. I cannot thank you enough Zenaida!
